Role Overview:

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, the Territory Manager will be responsible for delivering sales targets through new business acquisition and growth within an existing customer base.

This is a retail-focused role, managing the P&C and Independent Grocery channels only, in and around Camden, Penrith, the Lower Blue Mountains, Marsden Park, Seven Hills, and St Mary’s areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets; grow sales within existing customers; generate new business through leads, campaigns, and cold calling.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers; maintain consistent communication and follow-ups.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Implement brand and promotional strategies; manage pricing, discounts, and terms.
• Territory Management: Develop and execute a territory sales plan; maintain accurate customer details.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and visibility; work with franchise partners on sales activities.
• Market Insights & Reporting: Provide market information to management; complete sales reports on time.
